Short Bio

I am a complex systems scientist and Professor of Systems and Organisation in the School for Business and Society, University of York UK. I am also the Society and Ethics Pillar Lead for the Institute for Safe Autonomy and on the board of the Science and Technology Studies Unit at York (SATSU). My broad research interests are in the application of complexity theory to organisations, and what you could call cybernetic organisations.
